At Tree to Treasure, we are committed to providing high-quality machined timber products and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut, milled, or specially ordered timber products.
- Items that have been altered or modified after purchase.
- Clearance or sale items.
- As timber is a natural product we do not accept returns for the colour or natural defects aren’t to your liking.
- As we have to machine larger boards down to smaller sizes it is at our discretion whether we refund for mistakes such as ordering 40mm thinking it is 40cm so please double and triple check your dimensions while ordering.
Return Process
